Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email to support@moorecollectables.co.uk).
You must return the products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
Condition of returned products
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, cards in the same condition, and all components.
- You will bear the cost of returning the products unless they are defective or not as described.
Sealed products
For trading card sealed products (booster packs, boxes, ETBs, etc.), we cannot accept returns if the seal or packaging has been broken or tampered with.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Defective products
If products are defective or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with a return address and instructions. We recommend using a tracked service for returns — we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.
