SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Moore Collectables. The following information details our shipping procedures and policies.

1. Processing Times

1.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

1.2 Pre-Order & Out of Stock Items

Items marked as "Pre-Order" or "Out of Stock" will be shipped according to the estimated arrival date stated on the product page. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

2.1 UK Domestic Shipping

2.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Next Day Delivery service is not available for the following postcodes:

  • Channel Islands (GY, JE)

  • Isle of Man (IM)

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE)

  • Northern Ireland (BT)

3. Shipping Carrier

We primarily use Royal Mail and DPD for our shipping services. The carrier for your order will be determined by the shipping method you select and the delivery address.

4. Package Protection

4.1 Packaging Standards

We take exceptional care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • All trading cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders or card savers

  • Sealed products are securely packaged with bubble wrap or similar protective materials

  • Items are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes or bubble mailers appropriate to the item's size and value

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Moore Collectables is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, the package will be handled according to the carrier's standard procedures. Typically, they will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting from a local depot.

5.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  1. Please contact us at contact@moorecollectables.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  2. Include your order number and any relevant photos if the package was damaged

  3. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

6.1 Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@moorecollectables.co.uk. We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.

6.2 Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please email contact@moorecollectables.co.uk with your order number if you wish to cancel.
