"We", "us", "our" refers to Moore Collectables "You", "your" refers to the user or customer "Products" refers to the trading cards, sealed products, accessories, and other merchandise available for purchase on our Website "Order" means a request to purchase Products submitted via our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our Website. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Website and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4.1 You may browse our Website without registering, but you will need to create an account to make purchases.

4.3 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5.1 We make every effort to display Products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the appearance of Products.
5.2 Product descriptions, including condition descriptions for trading cards, are provided in good faith, but minor variations may occur.
5.3 All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
6.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
6.3 Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Stripe.
6.4 Your order is an offer to buy from us. There is no contract between you and us until we have accepted your order and sent you confirmation by email.
6.5 We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
7. Promotions and Discounts
7.1 Promotional codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
7.2 Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
7.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without notice.
8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch.
8.2 We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available upon request.
8.3 Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.
8.4 If you fail to take delivery of your order, we may charge you for storage and redelivery costs.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products without giving any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
9.2 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
9.3 You must return the Products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
9.4 You will bear the cost of returning the Products unless they are defective or not as described.
9.5 Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, cards in the same condition, and all components.
9.6 Sealed Products: For trading card sealed products (booster packs, boxes, etc.), we cannot accept returns if the seal or packaging has been broken or tampered with.
9.7 We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
10. Defective Products
10.1 If Products are defective or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability for:
